Report your lost/stolen Visa Credit Card to our Visa Department at:

All other times, call 888-393-1172 or login to your online account via ComputerLine leave a secure message using the online Message Board. Select the "Messages" from the top menu. You will receive a response within one business day.

To help identify any fraudulent activity on your card, please provide the following information regarding your last transaction:
Date, Amount, and Location

MSUFCU will immediately block your card to protect your account from fraudulent charges and reissue you a new Visa card.
